Latreece’s Story

Because of your generosity, Latreece’s story is being rewritten.
A single mother, she first connected with us during a Bless the Block outreach, where she received groceries, resources, a hot lunch and prayer. What began as a moment of support became a journey of transformation. Through continued connection, Latreece attended a community dinner, then joined us on a Sunday morning, where she gave her life to Christ.

In February, we had the joy of celebrating her baptism. Today, she is not only growing in her faith but also serving alongside us in outreach, now giving back to others what was once given to her.

We are now standing with her in faith for her son, who is struggling with mental illness while incarcerated. Through our missional church plant's support we’ve been able to pray with him and encourage him, and we believe his story is not finished.
